AdminPros US, LLC has had the opportunity to work with a number of state and local government agencies.  Typically, AdminPros US will engage an agency for one project and then the agency requests AdminPros US to manage additional projects that are often related.  A few of our projects are listed below.

 

Illinois Department of Corrections Juvenile Medicaid Claiming

AdminPros US created a joint venture with Public Consulting Group to respond to a request for proposals from the Illinois Department of Corrections.  The joint venture was awarded the contract to develop a Medicaid claiming program for juveniles on parole receiving treatment services in the community.  The project included modifying the state Medicaid Community Mental Health administrative rule, certifying providers to become Medicaid providers, developing a billing system and processing quarterly claims.  AdminPros US represented IDOC in discussions with the state Medicaid agency. The project lasted 8 years and resulted in IDOC receiving substantial amounts of FFP funds.

 

Illinois Department of Corrections Inmate Asset Verification

Illinois has a statute that allows the Department of Corrections to receive reimbursement from inmates with tangible assets for a portion of the cost of their incarceration.  The Illinois Department of Corrections asked AdminPros US to develop the processes and procedures to implement this statute.  AdminPros US worked closely with the Office of the Illinois Attorney General during the implementation.  AdminPros US developed the program and then was responsible to verify the assets of inmates, initiate legal action to request reimbursement and reconcile payments.

 

Rock Island County State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP)

AdminPros US was engaged by Rock Island County, Illinois to apply for SCAAP funds on its behalf.  The role of AdminPros US was to gather data about inmates, analyze the data, complete the federal application and reconcile payments.
